The zoo trip

Yesterday went to zoo negara, well, it is not really a trip, but rather a volunteering job for the Myanmar refugees kids...100 people, 86 kids, 14 teachers. It was a rushing trip, but we managed to finish it earlier than the expected time.

It all started when I got late....erm...everyone(almost) is preparing, after helping out in the line. Gathered at church. The bus is ready for us. After getting everyone hopped(well..the kids literally do hop...and in the bus they are also jumping here and there) into the bus, the journey begin....

Everyone seems to be very exited during the journey there, chatting, I can see the kids were starting their conversation about animals...

Soon, we arrived there. After gathering and briefing, we had some cakes and chocolate drinks. Later, we checked in the zoo.

Initially the kids were told to hold hands in pair, but they were all crowded and everyone seems to be too exited. So its the time where our teachers have to keep our eyes on them. Teachers have to chase after them....had a rush in visiting the zoo...but seemingly the kids are enjoying themselves also. Always asking"where is the tiger? lion? elephant?" with their mimiking expression. =D













We watched the animals performed, but it wasnt up to my expectation, there were just 3 parrots, 1 sealion in it; leaving behind another sealion was sick.

A safe and happy trip, thank God for the weather, it nearly rain...though tired but the kids are happy ^^
