Today as I go to my igoogle page….I took note of a title that sounds interesting to me, Glass Ceiling Syndrome.
This passage begins with sometimes we just do not imagine things that it is ever going to happen. Something which is sometimes quite beyond our imaginations and afar from our expectations. Dreams that we had been thinking…We are starting to put on a limit on our dreams…limiting us on the limits. There is something I found. A question: ” is it that when we jump that first time and fall flat on our face? Or it is when we started to wonder if our dreams are really within reach?”
So here comes the Glass Ceiling Syndrome, when we perceive a limit to reach when there is still much that we could see. We are often not confident or sometimes we convince ourselves that there are people far more qualified than us, far more worthy. It is a perceived barrier that puts us at the stopping point, and stops us from moving forward. It is when the glass ceiling is impossible for us to break through.
But do you know something? A Glass Ceiling….that puts us into questions....
Are we as worthy?
~We are worthy…not only in ways that we see ourselves as it is, but also to the one who creates us. The creator, we are far more worthy in His eyes. Worthy to be given the mighty salvation of His beloved son…Jesus Christ.
Are we likely to be qualified?
~ God chooses the likely among the unlikely. He sees the unlikely for the likely. There are so many stories of the great peoples…not all of them seems to be in such a great business that they are then greatly got involved in. So God qualifies the unqualified, and mold them.
How could we ever break though the glass ceiling?
~Sick of just dreaming? Or sick of just trying? The glass ceiling that are just pressuring? I broke though it. Though I hurt myself when breaking though the glass…but breaking though the glass and running towards Jesus….He picks up my broken pieces and mends me into whole. He heals my hurts and places my dreams back here again.
Rejoice!
