Love

How can pain be a gift? I wonder...When I pray, You heard me,
When I cry, You comforted me,
When I am weary, You see me through,
When I am falling, You grasp my hand,
When I am in the raging sea, You hold me tight,
When I am struggling in the battle, You shield me with your mighty arms.
You know me far more than I know myself,
